Billing records are retained for the period required by Irish tax regulations (typically 6 years under HMRC requirements). Usage data is retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes before being anonymised.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
