1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer the following money-back guarantees on our IPTV subscriptions:
Standard Plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual): All standard subscription plans come with a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of activation, contact our support team for a full refund. This guarantee applies to new subscriptions and is designed to give you sufficient time to test the service across your devices, evaluate channel quality, and confirm compatibility.
Lifetime Plans: Lifetime IPTV subscriptions come with an extended 30-day money-back guarantee. Given the higher one-time investment, we provide a full month for you to thoroughly test every aspect of the service including channel stability during peak hours, 4K quality on compatible channels, VOD library breadth, and EPG accuracy. If you are not satisfied within 30 days, we will issue a complete refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period (24 hours for standard plans, 30 days for lifetime plans)
- Your account must not have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- The refund request must be submitted through our official support channels (email to support@best-iptv-ireland.com)
- You must provide the email address associated with your account for verification purposes
We process all eligible refund requests regardless of the stated reason. We do not require a detailed justification, though feedback is always appreciated as it helps us improve our service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the applicable guarantee period has expired (after 24 hours for standard plans, after 30 days for lifetime plans)
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations, including credential sharing outside the household, reselling access, or commercial use
- Recurring subscription renewals where the subscriber did not cancel before the renewal date (we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid unwanted charges)
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period outside the guarantee window
- Situations where the service is functioning correctly but the subscriber's internet connection or device does not meet the minimum requirements for streaming
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@best-iptv-ireland.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address, subscription type (standard or lifetime), and date of purchase
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful for service improvement)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a confirmation
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method
5. Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your original payment method:
- Credit and Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to be credited to your PayPal account
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3-5 business days to be returned to the linked card
- Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days to be returned to the originating wallet address
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your payment provider or bank. If your refund has not appeared after the maximum processing time, please contact both us and your payment provider.
6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel a recurring subscription, your service remains active until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be made. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period. To cancel your subscription, contact our support team at support@best-iptv-ireland.com at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
7. Service Credits for Outages
If you experience extended service outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) caused by issues on our end (not your internet connection or device), you may be eligible for a service credit. Service credits are applied to your account as additional subscription time rather than monetary refunds. To request a service credit, contact support with details including dates, times, and a description of the issue experienced.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by emailing support@best-iptv-ireland.com with the subject line "Refund Appeal". Appeals are reviewed by our management team within 48 hours. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where this policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.
